Could graze a goat on grassy streets of Passage!

‘YOU could graze a goat in the main streets of Passage West !,’ remarked Cllr Dominic Ryan at the May meeting of the local council which agreed to invite to the town Cork County Manager Mr Martin Riordan so that a strong case could be made for the basic service of grass cutting and spraying of  weeds in public places to be carried out on a regular basis. read more

Passage West Town Council submission to Port of Cork's proposed move to the Lower Harbour

Following the refusal by An Bord Pleanala for its proposed container terminal at the Oyster Bank, Ringaskiddy, the Port of Cork is now revisiting potential sites available in the Lower Harbour to which to relocate its container and bulk loading activities.
