Bus Éireann runs an excellent commuter service through Passage West, Glenbrook and Monkstown, seven days each week. The first bus from Monkstown to Cork on a Monday morning leaves Ringaskiddy at 6.50 am, arrives in Monkstown at 7.00 am and stops in Passage West at 7.10 am. Buses continue to run at 20 – 25 minute intervals throughout the morning peak. The terminus for all buses to Cork City is the Bus Éireann depot at Parnell Place.

By changing coach at Parnell Place, you may avail of Bus Éireann connecting services to most locations either nationwide or locally. Should you wish to travel to Cork Airport, connecting buses leave Parnell Place every half hour on weekdays.
